Lease Administrators deal with lease interpretation, facility management contracts, budgets and operating costs reconciliations on all buildings managed by Blackstone Commercial.
Blackstone Commercial’s property management team also offers full cycle accounting, certified construction management and in-house legal services.

Building operators ensure safety and maximum functionality of the properties managed by Blackstone Commercial and oversee building services, maintenance contractors, project management and general operations, guaranteeing satisfaction and quiet enjoyment for all tenants and their customers.
